With "your battle results could impact future story events." you mean that the next update on the story might be related to a specific match of a player? That would be seriously awesome, and for what I know, unique in the realm of massive online games.

Yep. That's right. In each update there may be a new scenario where the results of any of your previous battles may impact the circumstances you face in future story events. That means if early on you fight someone a certain way, events in that fight may influence an event or circumstance in later story scenarios.

The story is planned to be episodic, thus allowing me creative freedom in terms of how it evolves. This also allows me to get the story to you quickly without making you wait months or years to see what happens next.
